If I had to choose a word to describe my experience with this team, it would be THANKFUL!
!!!! After having a horrible experience with a different realtor we were nervous to start fresh. We met with David and Liz ONE time and let them know our concerns, needs, wants, etc. We drug them all over! Athens, van, Bonham, Dodd city, Whitman, and Lindale. Not one time did they ever tell us no. David would even point out things to us like if there was a stain on the wall maybe we didn’t see, a crack, or how our surroundings looked. Liz would always be at the door waiting to show us around, help to picture ourselves in the house, and also show us the inspection report to know exactly what was wrong. There was one house we were on our way to see and she called me and said, “We are still at this house but this is NOT what you want but we are waiting for you to see it.” I took their word for it and they were not wrong! Lol I wouldn’t even say they are realtor’s, more like a piece of our family now. They are role models in what you want in a realtor. They are ACTUALLY on your side, not just for the money. They helped us sell our home and buy the perfect place for us. If you are wanting a personal, trustworthy realtor the you should use them. Thank you for everything!!!
